13. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at dinelsontshirt@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation services.

SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
BUSINESS DAYS
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in Japan are not counted as business days for shipping time calculations.
DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping within Japan:
- 3 to 5 business days after order processing
- Times may vary depending on location and weather conditions
International shipping:
- 7 to 14 business days after order processing
- Times may vary depending on destination country, customs, and transportation conditions
- Does not include possible customs delays
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within Japan:
- FREE shipping to all of Japan (except Okinawa and remote islands)
- For Okinawa and remote islands of Japan, additional shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout
International shipping:
- Shipping costs vary depending on region and package weight
- The exact cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location
COURIER COMPANIES
We use the main courier companies available in Japan, including but not limited to:
- Japan Post
- Yamato Transport
- Sagawa Express
- Other reliable courier companies depending on availability
ORDER TRACKING
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package in real-time through the corresponding courier company's website.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipping within Japan:
- All prices include applicable taxes
- No additional charges
International shipping:
- Prices are free of import taxes
- International customers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty, or additional charge that may apply in their country
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- DiSAS3 has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- Make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Package rejection
We will contact you to coordinate a reshipping. Additional reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Although we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processes
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to Japan and most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear as a shipping option during the checkout process, unfortunately we cannot ship to that location at this time.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Period We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must be in optimal condition:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
Refund Options You decide how you prefer to resolve your return:
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Exchange for another product of equal or different value
Shipping Costs We cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for shipping costs once we receive your return.
Return Process

- We will send you return instructions and the shipping label
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package using the provided label
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days
Refunds Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
